Our Mission

Pacifica Coating Limited (PCL) mission is to provide clients with a seamless experience that will capture your vision for your building and property. We pride ourselves on being your preferred coating contractor.

To achieve our mission, we aim to provide:

  • Including in the products we use are a range of environmental-choice paints suitable for commercial developments, schools, rest homes / retirement villages and hospitals.
  • Experienced painters.
  • PS3 job Guarantee.
  • Provide operational and maintenance manual for after care of surfaces.
  • High standard quality control – Conqua Quality Control Assurance program.
  • Our company has public liability insurance to the value of $10m.
  • Green star accredited – we strive for environmental sustainability, and planet-conscious outcomes.

Health and Safety

At Pacifica Coating Limited (PCL) safety and well-being comes first, and we continually look to improve our procedures and processes to ensure we are compliant and are at our best at all times on all sites. 

Health and safety are embedded in our culture, and we demonstrate this by:

  • Having a Health and Safety Policy, and Drug and Alcohol Policy
  • Providing SWMS / SSSP documentation.
  • Wearing appropriate PPE.
  • Holding weekly team tool-box meetings.
  • Using experienced and trained painters. 
  • Keeping our work areas clean, tidy and safe for customers / clients and visitors whilst we work, so you can continue to work too. 
  • We are Site Safe and Site Wise certified.
  • Safety ‘n Action boom lift and scissor lift trained.
  • First Aid Trained.
